Collaboration dinners have become a defining trend within the gastronomic world, offering chefs a platform to merge perspectives, techniques, and philosophies into a single immersive experience.
On April 30th, 2026, de Mondion opened its doors to guests for an exclusive four-hands dinner that brought together the culinary identities of two MICHELIN-starred kitchens within The Xara Collection. de Mondion and Rosami Restaurant worked in harmony to create a tasting menu that was both distinctive and cohesive, reflecting their individual gastronomic styles. With their contrasting styles, the evening offered a diverse and refined culinary journey, celebrating the evolving landscape of fine dining.
The evening began on de Mondion’s terrace, where guests were welcomed with an elegant selection of petit fours, enjoyed alongside breathtaking views. As the sun set, the experience transitioned indoors with an intimate dining setting.
Balancing refinement with creativity, precision, and tradition, the evening was led by Executive Chef Clint from de Mondion and Executive Chef Davide from Rosami. Each course highlighted the individual strengths of the two kitchens while maintaining a clear narrative through the evening.
Complementing the culinary experience was an exceptional wine pairing curated in collaboration with M. Chapoutier Wines. The selection featured a range of prestigious labels that elevated each dish and added further depth to the overall experience.
Bringing together the two Xara Collection MICHELIN-starred kitchens under one roof, the evening delivered a memorable dining experience that reflected innovation, excellence, and teamwork.
