Duties include:

1. Operating the front office software & telephone exchange;
2. Check-in and check-out of guests;
3. To greet guests, take messages for them and attend to their luggage;
4. To make reservations and bookings for hotel guests;
5. To deal with clients problems and solve them effectively;
6. To prepare night audit reports and other reports requested by the Front Office Management;

Qualifications/Experience:

· Must be a strong team player and hands on.
· Must have very high standards for attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
· Must have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multi task.
· Experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
