This year’s edition highlights the exceptional culinary achievements across The Xara Collection’s portfolio, reaffirming its position as a leader in Malta’s gastronomic landscape. From continued global distinction to regional and local accolades, we are proud to showcase a diverse dining experience united by excellence, passion and authenticity.
A particular standout is de Mondion, which has once again secured its place among the Top 1000 Restaurants in the World. As the first, and once only, restaurant in Malta to receive this recognition, de Mondion continues to set the benchmark for culinary sophistication and consistency on an international stage. Joining the La Liste stage this year is The Medina Restaurant and Trattoria AD1530. La Liste celebrated Medina’s refined interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine within the historic city of Malta, naming it A Standout Restaurant in its Region. Meanwhile, Trattoria AD1530 has been awarded the title of Local Gem, honouring its warm, authentic approach to traditional flavours and heartfelt hospitality.
