We are currently seeking a reliable, professional, and guest-oriented Part-Time chauffeur to join our Front Office team.
This role combines chauffeur duties with Front Office porter responsibilities, ensuring guests receive a seamless and personalised luxury experience throughout their stay.
The Role
As part of our guest services offering, the selected candidate will provide chauffeured transportation for hotel guests to Xara Lodge, where guests may enjoy access to the pool and additional facilities within the collection. The role also includes supporting the Front Office operation with porterage and guest assistance duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional chauffeured transport for hotel guests between the hotel and Xara Lodge or other designated locations
- Ensure guest comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times during transportation
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and porterage services
- Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities and services
- Support the Front Office team with guest requests and daily operational duties
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of hotel entrance areas and company vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with luxury hospitality standards
- Support the smooth operation of the Front Office during busy periods and special events
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record is a must
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or chauffeur services is considered an asset
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Good command of English; additional languages are considered an asset
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and public holidays
