Xara Collection is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our fantastic and dynamic Food & Beverage team at Trattoria AD1530.

The Role
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Restaurant Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of Trattoria AD1530, ensuring that guests receive the highest standards of service and hospitality, making their dining experience a memorable one.

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading the front-of-house team, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring a seamless and efficient service throughout each shift. You will also be responsible for promoting and upholding the values and service philosophy of Relais & Châteaux, ensuring that every guest enjoys an authentic, personalised and exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support front-of-house operations during assigned shifts.
  • Lead, motivate and support the service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Deliver and maintain the Relais & Châteaux service standards, ensuring attention to detail and a personalised approach to guest interactions.
  • Manage reservations, table allocations and guest requests efficiently.
  • Ensure team members are knowledgeable about menus, ingredients, allergens, beverages and daily specials.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation and proper setup of all service areas.
  • Handle guest feedback, concerns and complaints promptly, professionally and discreetly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior service role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Previous experience within a luxury hospitality environment will be considered an asset.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
